How To Pay

You will be invoiced for a course of lessons which is calculated per half term for all private home lessons or per 10 lesson course cycle for school based lessons. Please see the invoice dates to find out when we issue payment requests. All invoices are sent via XERO, please do check the spam/junk folders from time to time they head there. You can pay by either credit/debit card or bank transfer - all the details will be attached to your Xero invoice. More details are here and also on the PDF info pack you may have received on email.

Cancellations

To ensure optimal operational efficiency, we have implemented an automatic re-enrollment system. This means that unless you specifically notify our office team, either by phone or email (not directly to the tutor), regarding your desire to cancel your chosen instrument lessons, you will be automatically enrolled in a new ten-lesson course. If you do not wish to be re-booked, it is crucial that you inform us before the 10th lesson of the current course cycle, as outlined in your information pack. Please contact Rockademy directly via email or phone to meet this deadline. Failure to provide notification by the deadline will result in automatic rebooking, subject to our refunds policy. Once a course has commenced, we regret to inform you that Rockademy cannot issue refunds or credits. For further information on this topic, please refer to our website.
